As an experienced Project Manager (PM) with over 30 years industry experience, in the past Lester has successfully managed refurbishment works to Government Buildings for Ministry of Justice (MoJ), the Home Office (HO) and UK Border Force, including refurbishment works at Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, and Luton airports. Lester delivers strong Project Management on the principles of high quality, timely delivery to budget, right first time and innovation using his extensive experience of managing the delivery of multifaceted and challenging projects. Lester is an expert witness in heating, ventilating and air conditioning industry for new build and fit-outs (e.g. projects at ASDA stores, McDonalds, D&B and pre-designed CAT “A” and “B” fit-outs to commercial).

Academically, Lester holds an HND in Environmental Engineering and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, with additional affiliations to CIBSE, ASHRAE, and IOSH. His roles as Contracts Manager, HVAC Specialist, and Project Manager have honed his ability to handle technical, contractual, and compliance-related challenges, making him exceptionally qualified to act as an expert witness.
